Great for the skin helps keep it tight.
Antioxidants are abound in sweet potatoes. It also has inflammatory properties when the body is stressed it uses a lot of potassium this helps restore and keep the balance. Good for muscle cramps as well a good source of fiber.
An excellent food for those struggling with arthritis or asthma.
Whenever possible select organic sweet potatoes and eat them with their skin which also contains nutrients.
Try steaming your sweet potatoes you loose less of the nutrition.
