5 Quick Effective Tips on How to Grow Your Butt and Have Toned Legs Today!

If I had a nickel for every time someone asked me if I run track, I’d quit my day job! The truth is, I haven’t ran track since I was in high school, and that was quite some time ago! I’ve done extensive research online for many years, but it seems like the only knowledge I’ve acquired is to squat and eat right. The question is, is doing thousands of squats the real way to grow your butt and have nice legs? There’s way more to it! I’ve gathered what I have learned from my years of experience and created a road map to and for YOUR best body! Here are 5 tips that you can implement in your daily schedule to start seeing results fast!

1. FOCUSING ON YOUR FORM!
Yes, doing squats or other leg exercises such as lunges are effective, we know that. But what is crucial is perfecting your form. Be sure to have your form CORRECT for every single set and every single rep! That focus and pressure will activate your muscles and allow it to grow, FAST!

2. AVOID OVER TRAINING!
Most people believe its best to work out 5-6 days a week to see results! The truth is, the more you work out, the more stress you are putting on your body. This stress can increase your cortisol levels – belly fat. This is what we do NOT want! Exercising 3 days a week, for 30 min – 1 hour is the most optimal!

3. CONSIDER INTERMITTENT FASTING!
Speaking of cortisol, if you are one of those people that have trouble bringing down cortisol levels and releasing excess stubborn fat, you might want to consider intermittent fasting! Simply put, intermittent fasting means giving your body enough time to burn fat in a fasting state. Allow your body to fast atleast 14-16 hours in 1 day. You will see the stubborn fat and hightened cortisol levels drop, immediately!

4. TARGET EACH MUSCLE!
Your legs have so many large muscle groups. It can be easy to forget to tone each muscle group. Set aside 1 day from the 3 days you work out, and focus only on your legs. Be sure to incorporate exercises targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and don’t forget the calves! High reps are the key to create nice, toned legs!

5. EAT SMART!
I think we all have heard numerous of times to eat clean! Yes, getting your macros (protein, carbs and healthy fats) is key to staying healthy and fit, but the QUALITY of the food that you consume is what will give you the BEST results! When shopping for groceries, be sure to ALWAYS shop organic, because genetically modified food can be nutrient deficient.
