Did you do it? Easy right? Saying beautiful, beach, body 3 times is just as easy and attainable to having a beautiful beach body. Summer is just months away, so the best way to achieve a healthy and fit physique is to get a jump start today! Here are a few tips!

1). Get Glowy Skin!

Winter months can be so harsh on the human body, externally and internally. Water is the key to achieve glowy skin. Studies have shown that dehydration is at its highest during winter months. Many underestimate the efficacy of water and its benefits. Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Add a few drops of lemon in your glass of water every morning to speed up your metabolism throughout the day.

Another way to achieve glowy skin is to exfoliate! Create a natural scrub by mixing rice flour and milk. Leave the mixture on the face for 15 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water. Rice flour is a powerful, anti-inflammatory agent. It helps to eliminate dead skin cells, removes toxins from the pores, as well as preventing acne. Be sure to moisturize with organic coconut oil.

2). Perform Powerful Exercises!

Cardio, lunges, or jump squats? Which one of the 3 is a super, powerful exercise? Well, the best exercise would be the jump squat! Performing many jump squats may be challenging, but it has amazing health benefits! It increases your energy, lowers cortisol, boosts metabolism, builds muscle while burning fat! Try to perform 4 sets of 8 reps of jump squats. Once you feel you have mastered this exercise, try to use weights to build more muscle! You will see results in no time!

3). Super Suitable Foods!

Healthy fats are very essential in your everyday diet. There is no such thing as getting too many healthy fats! Health fats decreases inflammation in the body, and is a great nutrient for your brain. Foods such as wild caught salmon, nuts (walnuts, peanuts, or cashews just to name a few) and peanut butter contains a high content of protein and healthy fats. These foods are very nutirient dense, which is great for increasing muscle mass and sustaining overrall well-balanced health.
